Rush House is a local independent charity based in Rotherham. We are an established and respected organisation that develops its services in response to the needs of the most vulnerable people in Rotherham and surrounding areas. We have recently secured funding from the Lottery Community Fund to develop a new service called Brighter Futures. The service will work with those aged 18-30 from the Rotherham area to address issues which have prevented them from accessing education, employment and training with the ultimate aim of them returning to either EET.
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with this age group of people and seeing them progress and achieve. You will have experience of project development and line management of staff and able to develop excellent working relationships with our partners. You will be forward thinking, creative and able to work on your own initiative, with excellent IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications.
