At Rush, we have a strong track record of delivering a wide range of Employment, Education and Training (EET) support to people across Rotherham. Over the years, our provision has evolved to respond to local need, emerging opportunities and the ambitions of the people we support.
Our EET offer is not static. We regularly develop and deliver new projects, partnerships and programmes designed to help individuals build skills, gain qualifications, access employment and move closer to sustainable futures.
Pathways to Work Trailblazer
We are currently delivering on the Pathways to Work Trailblazer as one of the VCSE organisations. Pathways to Work is a new initiative designed to help out-ofwork South Yorkshire residents get
into, or back into employment.
